        Excellent location. Very nice homes. Staff is on point and Jason Lorenz, the community sales manager, is very courteous and always ready to help.

        It took me a while to process my horrendous experience, but I decided to make it productive. If you are a first-time New Build home buyer like me, there is something I would like to remind you of. Your sales/mortgage representatives are always going to be wonderful at first; however, once you are locked down in a contract, you will notice the differences over time and their goal is to close it ASAP. Please call them out early when you feel something is not right. It is okay to be careful every step of the way since you are not just buying a car, its a 4 or 500K+ house instead! Lastly, dont be scared to walk away, youre not losing your earnest money but instead, saving you and your family from living in a place youre unsatisfied with. My experience might be horrendous, but yours doesnt need to be!
