        I recently had the misfortune of experiencing abysmal customer service at Home Depot. From the moment I tried to park at the store, I was met with a pro service associate yelling at me that i can not park at the loading zone even though i was going to purchase pallets of concrete and block her willingness to assist me. Despite my attempts to explain myself, I was met with indifference and a complete disregard for my inquiries. It's appalling that a company of Home Depot's stature would allow such incompetence to persist in their customer service department. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere where your patronage is actually appreciated.
