Attempted to order two supplements online and ended up not having 1 available. The agent suggested that I call Vitamin Dept directly and ended up talking to Brian Store Manager. It seems the Vitaman Manager would not be in until Monday to get assistance. I did not want to cancel my order and simply could of waited to place the order for a later day and Brian did not want to do that and stated the order would automatically be cancelled. I asked him to override it and simply order for later date. Simply chose not to help me. Come on guys do better. If a customer needs help and wants to spend money at your location by all means be ready, willing and able. This is just stupid and to top it off he had attitude. I believe I bothered him with their stocking and incorrect availability website information but that somehow transferred into bad customer service, lost customer and bad review. I recommend further management training and a welcoming positive customer experience culture is a must in today's competitive market.
