Good food but consistently terrible service/quality. Orders are always either completely wrong or are missing items.

I love Popeye's, so this review is lower than I would normally give them. The chicken and sides are almost always perfect. During this visit 3/13/24 at this location the staff was very accommodating. I asked for all white 8pc and changed my mind at the window and asked for half spicy. They did it no problem and service was quick. I ordered the Mac and cheese as the large side. When I got home and checked the Mac and cheese it was burned dry and greasy I don't know how, and tasteless; basically old and should never have passed QC. SEE pics. I'll go back but I'll inspect everything before leaving the drive-thru.

This Popeyes is hit and miss. Depending on the day, you might get good food and good service or youll get terrible service and OK food. Last week I went there and my order was great. They asked me if I wanted sauce they gave me silverware and napkins. This week I went and I really needed to eat in the car because I had just had a doctors appointment. My order was incorrect and the person who took my order was not very great at customer service. I received the wrong chicken tenders, no silverware, no napkins and was not offered sauce. I had to ask for sauce, and then they said they only had blackened ranch. When I drove off I realized nothing to eat my food was in the bag and I had to eat my mashed potatoes with my fingers. Always clean and the manager knows how to run a franchise with customer service as a top goal. Great comfort food for a chain restaurant. I would give more than 5 stars if I could for the pleasant service.

Always out of the desert specials. I mean, always. Its so funny, cause I still try just to see. Im going to start keeping a running review of things because this place is always out of things. Yes (why do I keep coming back, only Popeyes in the area, and I like the chicken). *****a2/25/24: out of ALL ranch!! 1/17/24- New Truff Chicken sandwich spicy mayo. They said the no longer carry it. And its allll over their digital drive thru menus. Also out of Dr Pepper.
