Charged for a procedure that was never done, we have reached out multiple time to the office and "billing dept". Office manager Itzel just gave us a number to reach out in regards of a refund. Very poor service. Not once has anyone tried to contact us in regards of this issue. We paid for a procedure that NEVER got done !! Its going on one year and still dealing with trying to get this refund ! Never will I recommend this place !! This office needs some attention !

**update Itzel office manager called and is going to get me a second opinion. Updating review because everyone besides Patel is amazing Waited an hour in the room for the dentist to spend maybe 5 minutes in my room then leave again. Dr Blessings was great when my grandma had an emergency and thats what made me sign up to be a new patient. And my fiance saw Dr Blessings and loved her. But seeing Dr Patel was a joke and a waste of time I won't be able to get back. Plus he was in my room doing things behind my back without saying anything then finally came forward and introduced himself. But he didnt have a 2nd person or female in the room with him. I don't recommend seeing him.

Dr. Blessie is hands down the best! She is attentive, patient and explains things thoroughly. She always makes my experience a great one!

Very happy once again with my visit a very clean office with outstanding front desk staff to the very kind hygienist Jennifer I have been going to this office for three years it's always 5 stars. Now if they would have 6 stars I would choose 10 Stars! Thank you Laveen Modern dentistry
