Prime Family Dental

I wanted to find a dentist near my home and found Prime Family Dental. I scheduled my initial exam, followed by three more appointments for an extraction, a cleaning and a filling. I had my extraction yesterday and was super anxious, as I always am going to any dentist. The staff are all friendly and helpful. And I have to say.... Dr. DeWood is amazing! She is gentle but gets the job done. First time in my life I didn't feel the needle for the novacaine. And Dr. DeWood takes the time to answer questions and explain procedures. More work needs to be done, but I know I'm in good hands with this team.

From the moment you walk into the dental office, you are greeted with the friendliest face. The receptionist is sweet as possible. Paul the office manager, has always been friendly and efficient. He is very knowledgeable and doesnt mind taking additional time to ensure you as a customer are comfortable. He me feel as though I went to school for this. The Doctor is also extremely efficient and PATIENT. The environment of the ENTIRE office is exceptional. I made the mistake of leaving(due to a change in occupation not the office BY ANY MEANS) and quickly made arrangements to come back. I was welcomed with open arms and you feel like family. Its rare nowadays to do business with a company that genuinely cares. If you are looking for a rushed service, this isnt the place for you. I will be bringing my daughter here, my mother, my sister both receive services here, and Ill be with continuing my business here. Thank you prime family dental for EVERYTHING YOU DO!!
