Specifically in this branch the people dont care about your problems as a customer, they just dont have a time to take care of your business, tvey lack of customer service.

Chase bank in Laveen got some fraudulent stuff going on and I am going to be reporting it anyways anytime I get money sent to my account a deposit they dont show up so its really weird to me how my money dont show my account but its successfully went through and then Ill top of that. They dont know how to answer their phones here no wonder they only have a one star.

No one answers the phone, impossible to call when you need something. Its somehow always busy but when I drove down there no customers were there.

Horrible customer service branch manager IRIS is super rude and the atm always BROKEN reason for ATM for quick in and out not have to wait to speak to a teller this location makes my anxiety go through the roof
