Sanctuary on 51st

From the first time I walked into the office, I was greeted by Imani with enthusiasm and passion to assist and answer all my questions. I was on Awe with the beautiful club house and the grounds of the complex. Everyone is so professional and always available to answer your questions. These ladies are amazing. I just moved in to Sanctuary on 51st in Laveen. I was going out of the country after I started the process of application. Imani was so accommodating. With all the questions that I had and back and forth :-), Imani was very patient and answered everything with great details and also made modifications immediately. The move was very smooth. All requirements were detailed step by step so there was no ambiguity. The place has been kept immaculate and any queries or things I need are immediately catered to. Great place and wonderful people managing the place. Thank you!

If you dont like spiders, big or small, do NOT move here. When I first moved I seen several small spiders which wasnt a problem because they were very uncommon and I didnt see them often. 3 months into living here and spiders keep finding ways into my home somehow, I never leave my doors open and all of my windows are always closed. There were 3 very large spider by my back door on top of the light and also above my doorframe. Then I seen a large one in my kitchen above my cabinets then I seen one on my wall then in my bathroom on the ceiling and another one above my front door, there was even one that descended from the ceiling in front of my monitors while I was sitting at my desk. I put in maintenance request for exterminators to spray my home multiple times. The second time the front office didnt even tell me when the exterminator was coming and on a random day they just barged into my house like they lived there and my girlfriend was there alone with my dog. Im not sure if there are exterior cracks that these spiders are getting through , but its a major problem that has yet to be fixed.

Hello AZ My review is long past due. I moved to AZ from Ohio as of October 7th. So thankful to call Sanctuary on 51st my new home, this place is totally awesome inside and out. I gotta give some love to the staff here for sure they work their professional behinds off to make sure we are taken care of. Things are always done in a timely manner, they don't hesitate to assist you in any way they possibly can. The staff takes time to get to know you, to them you a human being they serve and they appreciate you. I can count on a wave, an hello, how are you doing, is everything okay, did you need something every single time I see them. I am grateful, glad, and delighted to say each and everyone of them are that way. Jennifer, Imani, Brittany in the main office, as well as Jose and Victor ( Maintenance) I tell you the five of them are the best. I get smiles, thank you, and how are you ,yes they check on me like that, and I am sure they do with everyone because they are the kindness group of people I have meet. They have made.my move here feel welcoming, comfortable, and most importantly enjoyable. Thank you Staff.

It feels like Im living at a resort! I love it. Its quiet. I feel safe. The homes are luxurious and every detail has been carefully thought through. The grounds are well maintained. The pool is always clean. I cant say enough about this place.
