    Last time I went to this Location, half way through my hot and spicy I find something hard like a bone, pull it out and it looks just that way shape was just like a tooth.. so maybe a tooth?? Disgusting. My most recent experience was nothing as bad.. this time my order was wrong and I ask for the rest of my missing items..(which the lady would rather argue, then to look through my order and receipt to see that its wrong), but once i get them to fix it.. get home and STILL wrong. So thank you for my 4 biscuits and 2 sausages when I ASKED for 2 sausage, egg, cheese biscuit sandwiches. Dont know why I gave this location a 2nd chance. Management needs to look into their employees..

    Ordered apple pies using the mobile app. Got to the window and they said they were out (I don't think they ever have them in stock, honestly). SO I assumed I would be refunded, but I was wrong. Had to talk to the manager who said I would get a refund through the app, which is NOT true at all. The app tells you that you need to dispute the charge with your bank. Why couldn't the manager just give me a refund? It's the same company! The money goes to and comes from the same place! He offered me a blueberry muffin instead, like that's gonna fix it. I didn't order a blueberry muffin. You can't charge people for things you don't have. And if you do, you need to return the money PROMPTLY, not lie and say the app will take care of it - it won't. This is the 2nd time this has happened here.

    Ordered online for curbside pickup. My order included 2 strawberry pies. When the guy came to my window with my order, he said "we're out of strawberry pies". So I'm like, "do I get a refund or something?" And he said, "I don't know, they just said to tell you that we are out of pies". So I had to walk into the restaurant and ask if they refunded me and they didn't. They offered apple pies instead, but I wanted a refund. Apparently, a refund was going to take too long for some reason so I opted for the apple pie since my food was getting cold. Well, I should have just asked them to refund the whole meal, because by the time I got back to my car, it was already cold. No refunds - nothing. Stuck with 2 apple pies and a cold burger and fries. EDIT 3/4/2022: Well, it happened again! Tried ordering 2 apple pies via mobile order this time. Got to the window and they said they were out. I asked for a refund and they refused, saying I needed to do it through the app. I looked through the app and it said I need to contact my bank to dispute the charge. All over $1. Why can't they just give me $1 out of the register? Why make it a huge deal and not refund me?

    Ordered double cheeseburger with fries at drive through in Pinetop . Girl seemed confused and said ok, just a second. After a minute she came back and said whats your order? I repeated and again she seemed confused and said just a minute. Then a different girl came on and asked if I had been helped. A third time I gave my order and she hesitated and another girl came on and asked what I wanted. I said I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries three times but to just forget it and left. It will be a cold day in hell before I return, Showlow McDonalds from now on
