I had a previous dentist appointment for my two children I live in Showlow Arizona. I am brand new here originally from California. Moved to this smaller town because it is where I want to raise my family and I dont like drama the representative her name is Samantha gave me the most drama and made me feel like this is not the place where I want to be or raise my family. I told her I had a family emergency and I need to reschedule my appointment at first she hung up quickly I called back and I asked her if I can just keep the appointment for later on in the month and she said oh so its OK now. One more time I am from California any disrespect I will feel the need to handle it personally however Im trying to be a different person this girl Samantha her attitude I will be waiting to see her personally she needs to leave your office shes very horrible shes very rude and sarcastic. And there will be fights broken out inside of her office if she does not leave. Please have Dr. Platt call me. With customer service youre supposed to look out for the best interest in your customer not make them upset wanting to pull you out Of your cubicle. Look into this

The best dentist I have had ever. The staff is very personable and treat you like family. They always explain everything and let you know what your choices for treatment. I can't recommend enough. 5 stars
