        After payment is made and hours before departure owner cancels out reservation. 3 people had taken days off and all the trouble we went through to get this. Very disappointed

        I have left 4 voicemails for Garret now and he hasn't returned a single one of my calls. My family and I were really excited to vacation here but after that poor customer service we took our business elsewhere. After reading the most recent reviews on TripAdvisor it seems as though the management and hospitality has gone downhill in recent years. We probably dodged a bullet by not booking this place.

      Rainbow Lake Retreat

      Rainbow Lake Retreat is a newly remodeled, luxurious lakefront cabin in the Pinetop Lakeside. The cabin is a very clean, spacious retreat on a huge lakefront lot, complete with six bedrooms, three full baths, and one half-bath. There's also a great guest casita that's private and comes with amazing lake views. The cabin has four queen beds, three twin beds, one king bed, one toddler bed, and an upgraded gourmet kitchen with new, top-of-the-line appliances and tons of cookware to make your favorite meals. The cabinets are stocked full of all the dishware you and your family will need during your stay. It's the perfect spot for your family to escape the heat in the summer and enjoy winter sports like skiing and snowboarding in winter.
