Don’t do it, worst customer service. Not ADT. I signed up, paid my deductible, had an installation appointment. Was told they did not need to run my credit current ADT customer for years, then got a call from someone a few days later they needed to run my credit. So they did. I called up to add additional items, and was told my order was canceled, then forwarded to ADT. Called them back and asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and was to NO. They are too busy. I can’t help you contact ADT. I believe I dodge a bullet by not getting their service. Hopefully this review will help someone else do the same.

The Techs that installed my security system were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite, The only concern is the invoice didn't clearly indicate how the free equipment, we agreed to during the sales discussion, was applied.

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked efficiently and answered any questions that I had. I told him I wanted to feel secure because I was alone now and was not in the best area.. I told him I wanted to do a job like he was doing it for his mom.

Top service technician team.they know the system well and help all your needs for the system for your home.great install for your home neat and clean.easy to use. This is our 1st alarm ever in 54 year's
