Overall, Cindy Pearces job performance was very good. But, the reason for only a 3 star rating is due to a few incidents involving verbal interactions with Cindy and her substandard communication skills. Prior to posting this review, we made several attempts to contact Jennifer Luzzi to discuss these issues. But unfortunately, we never received a response to discuss the negative incidents.

We have worked with Jennifer Luzzi on 2 transactions: once as a seller in 2021 and once as a buyer in 2024. She's friendly, kind, always responds to questions and concerns quickly...and is the agent we would go to for any deal in Lake Havasu City. We'd take her with us to other cities where we own if we could. In additional to making herself available whenever needed, she has also developed a team behind her who is equally friendly, helpful and professional.

We saw a property online that we were interested in and called Lara Saucier from the Jennifer Luzzi Group who represented the seller. It unfortunately didnt quite live up to our expectations. Lara listened to what we were looking for and immediately went to work on finding a property that we could consider. Needless to say she hit the nail on the head and found the perfect place for us in a matter of hours. It checked all our boxes! Lara communicated with us during the entire process at every step of the way and linked us up with such kind and thoughtful people as herself throughout the journey of our purchase. She checks up on us regularly and has been a great source of information for our new home town. Thank you Lara and the entire group for making this BIG move so smooth! We definitely recommend Lara Saucier! UPDATE Almost one year later, Lara and the Jennifer Luzzi group does it again! Sold our condo in 18hours!!!! Special mention to Angel behind the scene who came through for us when the paperwork was getting a bit intense! I highly recommend this agency for their professional and caring concern to make us feel comfortable in our sale. Thank you Lara and Angel!

Dara was a great choice and a pleasure to work with. Pioneer escrow, among others made all the pieces come together. Now I get to enjoy the holidays in my new home, how happy am I You could choose other options when purchasing or selling your home. But I would not recommend it, five stars.
