Arizona Kidney Disease

I read the reviews. One is from someone who is complaining about having to make a phone call for a chronic kidney patient. Another is from someone who probably has a problem with trying to be nice. I had my first appointment with AKDHC yesterday. Everyone was nice and the doctor spent time explaining my current status and the things that would be needed for the follow up appointment. I'm glad my PCP finally gave me a referral. I had to ask the PCP three times to send the referral to AKDHC.

I'm assuming some changes have been made since the earlier reviews but I have to tell you my experience couldn't have been better. All staff was kind and caring and Dr. Chindo is worth his weight in plutonium! I feel that I have the best possible team.

Review is for the front desk receptionist! Please hire receptionists with mindful soft skills to help patients accurately resolve appointments and scheduling. Your receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. She made me feel like my call was interrupting her day. I already dont want to call about the patients chronic disease and she made the situation more stressful! It felt very ethnically targeted since I am representing the patient with a language barrier. When asked her name to confirm who I was speaking with she disconnected. I called back and Melanie was very helpful. I liked her, but the other one was very difficult to work with. Please do better.

This medical clinic has the worst office staff of any i have experienced in my life of 75 yrs.
