Fair pricing with options for upgrading materials where desired... Once supplies were on hand scheduling was prompt and installation began on time with consideration for our schedule. This was a large 1600ft nearly full house job. Expert, precision installation was completed in a timely manner and coordinated so we could stay in our home with a minimum of inconvenience. Does not stand behind their work, Buyer beware!  We contracted with them to replace some outdoor carpeting on our deck.  When old carpet was removed, my husband asked about the condition of the sub-floor.  The carpet layer said it was ok.  First rainstorm, there was a leak.  My husband went to the store to tell them about the problem.  He was greeted with rudeness, and not-our-problem attitude.  Would not consider coming to look.We had a building contractor come to assess the problem.  He showed us where, at the edge, the sub-floor was not good and should have been replaced before the new carpeting was layed down.  Showed us where the nails used to tack the carpet down were pounded into nothing but air.  We are having this contractor give us an estimate for him to repair this problem.Poor, poor customer service.  We plan to file a complaint with the courts and Better Business Bureau.
