        20% Fee to cash a check drawn from their bank. When I spoke with the manager to inquire why the percent was so high, her response was "I didn't get a degree in numbers."

        It is said there is no such thing as a bad bank, just a bad branch. Coming from an extensive financial background Id have to agree. Its not so much the circumstances that are cause for this review; it is how the problem was dealt with. To Mark J. Martinez Exec Vice President, Horizon Bank, Lake Havasu. Whose advise was get serious. Your ethics and customer service skills are appalling as is your lack of professionalism and inability to address a problem. You are one of the Managers at the branch and as such you lead by example. Let us hope that is not the case here. Mark, I would strongly consider re-examining your abrasive approach and I would highly recommend you not be allowed to deal with the general public given your current skill set. Remember, you are in the service industry.
