Walked in and was not greeted by the employee helping another customer at all. Another employee came out of the back room and walked into the break room, not saying a word. The emplyee from the break room came out and asked me if I'd been helped, and she helped me. I don't care how busy you are with someone. You should always be great, the person walking through your doors.

Store manager in Havasu on lake havasu Avenue was rude and turned off my Hotspot when I called her she refused to help me over the phone and when I asked her for her name she hung up on me!!!!!
