Matt was awesome to work with. Our phones were getting old, 9 years, and we were starting to have a few issues. While my wife was in Hobby Lobby I stopped in to see if there was a fix. As it turns out, the old phones were fairly obsolete. Matt took the time to go over all options including keeping our existing phones. Long story short, two brand new top of the line phones and less per month than our old plan which was as obsolete as the phones. If you want to see what good customer service looks like, go see Matt.
