In September I dropped off my boat with them to sell on consignment. For 4 months by boat was left unattended with no one taking care of it or keeping rodents away from it! When I went up pick it up you can only imagine the mess that was in it and wires chewed up. Their response was we are not responsible and they were short staff. Definitely not a way to run a business! Gave them an opportunity to fix their mistakes but they declined. Would never do business with them!

Get EVERYTHING in writing.. High pressure sales tactics. We initially looked at our rig with a nice guy named Jim. We didn't want to buy without thinking it over for the night. When they saw he wasn't closing the deal a lady stepped in and sent him away. The day we picked our trailer up we were told it was ready to go. Nothing had been done, never got shampooed like promised, sofa wasn't fixed properly. We were stuck there for about 5 hours while their service guy stomped around acting like it was our fault no one told him we had requested the washer be removed. At one point as he walked past our trailer he said, I just want this F'ing trailer out of here. I will say that the young lady tasked with cleaning it did a very good job in the amount of time she was given. We were told to be there on such and such day and time because it was ready to go. Wrong. Cerena was a lot of help in getting our paperwork to us. After 3 months... Worst RV buying experience ever.
