        First associate to help me was fantastic. She understood my delima and jumped in to help. Second associate talked about herself in every scenario and corrected me in front of my son about 3 times. Pls leave the parenting to the parents. Or would have been a 5 star

        I went with my boyfriend today at 10:30am to have me added as an authorized user on his business account. They are open until 1pm today. We politely waited to speak with the woman helping another client. When she became free, we explained what we wanted to do, and she immediately said, "I have no one to help you. They (client being helped) are the last people I'm helping today." Its sad that they can't provide a basic banking service during business hours.
