Am recovering from two broken legs, needed a tow and after dealing with the rudest girl on phone walking would have been better . She called me a Lier and made up phony excuse that my phone didnt work when she called. worst company ever and should not be allowed to operate, LAME, LAME LAME. As a small plumbing contractor in Havasu just wanted to say you suck.

AAA should cancel their contract with Steves towing, the dispatcher is insensitive to situations when someone is broken down. She has no customer service skills and very inconsistent with her communication. P.S. Steve towing please do not reply with a sarcastic tone if you do reply do it with a solution to fix your company within, all the customers can not be in the wrong!!! Services: Car towing, Battery

This is the first poor AAA battery experience I have had. the battery was not tested as it shouldve been and then was replaced by a AAA battery. I was charged $20 for replacing it Which in talking to AAA of course never should happen, and as I have had three batteries replaced in cars and never been charged a fee for that. I I attempted to follow up with Steves they said thats what they always do That and after repeated request to talk to an owner I never heard back. I have now contacted AAA and Im still waiting for the refund. I also found out that if you dont keep your receipt beware because it was noted as a battery service By Steves, it was a bad they didnt even note that the batteries was replaced which is very important for the# Warranty . The technician was more concerned that he was having to double park on the street even though I pointed out to him that he could pull ahead and there was plenty of room and also that this didnt need a flatbed. it was a battery check why would you send a flatbed. AAA should cancel their contract with this company. The dispatcher has no empathy for clients in a stressful situation, as a breakdown of their vehicle. She's extremely rude, deflective in her role of the breakdown in communication. PS- to the company, NO need to relpy with your usual sarcasm, Find a conclusion to this issue within your company. It's a sad day in our world, when your company will leave a grandmother with 2 children under the age of 2yrs old, on the side of the road for 2+ hours. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for my receipt to turn into the insurance company. I've called them 3 times with the request.
