It took 4 months to get my minor front bumper damage fixed.
First issue was I had to keep calling them to follow up on progress of them finding a replacement bumper after my initial visit. A business should call the customer to keep them up to date.
2nd issue was I as the customer did the "leg work" & found the bumper by calling a dealership parts department. Then after I called my Insurance Company the same day & complained. Miraculously the Bodyshop called me the next morning to tell me Mercedes just happen to call them & they found the bumper finally.
I could go on & on with my disappointments.
I've never seen such horrendous customer service.
