Each year I entrust my tax preparation to Caroline and her team. I am always amazed at how fast their turn around time is and how they are able to find every possible deduction for me. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

Elysium, Carolyn Carter CEO does not prepare taxes or payroll accurately and is impossible to communicate with. I have tried for one month to obtain my company payroll registers and finally went to the office and decided I would wait all day if necessary for the reports, as I need them for my new payroll processing company. I was told to leave and to wait until she emailed them. She had never followed through before so I declined. She called 911 and the police had to come before she would print and send one of the documents necessary. Poor service, non-professional and temper-mental at best. I wish I had known before I had to redo everything I asked her to do.
