During our recent family vacation, our Hertz rental car broke down between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. We were basically in the middle of nowhere after working with Hertz emergency roadside service John from patriot emergency roadside was the only tow service that agreed to come pick my family and our large dog up Where we were broke down on the side of Highway 40 literally in the middle of nowhere for 4 hours. John had to bring us back to Las Vegas 2.5 hour drive based on Hertz requirements but we were so grateful that he was willing to help us amazing customer service. He was very caring and helpful and made my family feel safe after a very long ordeal. Highly recommend John at patriot emergency roadside!
