Found a pair of headphones in the clearance section. They brought them out then tried to charge me full price. When I said I want the ones one sale they said they don't have them when it's obvious it's the ones they where trying to charge me full price for. Good try but I'm not falling for it go rip someone else off. I don't recommend this store to anyone unless you want to get ripped off.

We went in at 2:30pm 10-28-2022, and requested to speak to the manager about a fairly simple request. We were taken back on how unfriendly and slightly angry this manager was towards us and our request. This woman might want to take note that a competent manager uses their skills and abilities to follow company guidelines, but at the same time making a customer feel valued.

I was at the Staples today trying to get some printouts. I was approached by a very friendly cordial employee Niklas. Nick showed me where I could take the print out but, later found out the machine was not working. Nick immediately help me and to care the printouts with not much wait. Niklas is a 10/10 in customer service!

I went in to buy a new laptop. Robert helped me and told me it would have to be ordered and then he would get it all set up. They transferred my data to the new laptop but it went to the cloud so would not open. Took it back in today and Robert was there. He is going to Re transfer the data so I can open it in my one drive like before. He has gone above & beyond to help me with all my computer stuff. Heat guy to work with.

Would it be too much to ask for the print shop to assist persons in need? Worst customer service I have ever seen at any Staples. Usually are my go to place, in many cities but not this one. People matter, customers matter. Humanity matters.
