Route 66 Plumbing

I'm the widow of a plumber & I'm so glad to have found a good, honest, family owned business to help me out. It was just a clogged kitchen sink but they made it out sooner than expected & took care of it quickly. Thank you so much Andy & thank you Mike for showing up as well to make sure I got taken care of. Don't be afraid people out there, tip someone who comes out to help you & gives you advice to boot on things to do to help you in the future! I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs, 5 stars!!

I called them on a Monday they said they'd be out to fix my water leak on Wednesday around 3:00 I called several times on Wednesday to confirm the time.And now it's Thursday and I haven't seen them since or they haven't answered their phone very unprofessional. A call back would have been nice or even answered their phone not every using them.

Brand new 2 story house from Century Complete. Route 66 was the plumber used. The bathroom upstairs had leakage. Jennifer the owner had denied of any damage and blamed it on the owners until one of the century complete staff had admitted something was loose or had forgotten to be installed. I have a video of the leakage while it was being repaired as the insulation was soaked with water while it was being carried outside. We just had found out no records of the incident was documented. Now, Century Complete has demanded for the records from 66 plumbing and until to this day it hasnt been given. I still have the video of the incident. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

no one in valle vista wanted to help me and i needed my kitchen sink faucet replaced,,after many trys in fixing my faucet myself i bought a new moen faucet and finally called route 66 plumbing..they ans the phone quickley and had 2 great young guys to my place within hours...they did the job correctly..and added moen was the best and warrenty for life on there parts  which are ez to install.  sometimes you just have to pay the price for peace of mind!!
