Sonic Drive-In

We went to Sonic on Stockton Hill last night at about 9pm, we ordered meals for myself, my wife and my grandson. The girl that brought our food out was carrying 2 trays 2 different orders for 2 different cars, well she dropped our food, and so on top of waiting forever for order, we had to wait again for them to remake the order for my wife and I but she gave us the kids meal. When she got home, the fries tasted like that were cooked the day before, she found a hair in her popcorn chicken and all the food was cold. So I called the Sonic and was making my complaint and the young guy who claimed to be a manager hung up on me. So we called the store on Andy Devine and the lady we talked to was very helpful and she gave us the number of the district manager. My wife just called her and she didn't offer any kind of apology, she didn't offer to remake our food, nothing. Well, I can't speak for everyone, but, when I go out to eat anywhere, I expect to get food worth eating, and if this is the best Sonic can do, they need to do something, because I personally won't go there again if this is the level of service we will get. 4/7/2024 Took my grandson out for lunch, I have absolutely had it with the Stockton hill road Sonic. They need better workers, workers who care, a manager who can actually run the place like it should be run. This is what we got today, corn dogs that were burnt to a crisp. Get with it Sonic this is ridiculous.

No complaints, adequate food, good prices, helpful staff, everything I could want out of a fast food place.

Double Cheese Burger was actually good. A touch slow on service otherwise not bad.

Sat outside so not much atmosphere. Food not as good as it use to be. Menu has changed but everything was good
