Optimum

Ever since Suddenlink switched to Optimum, my service has been absolutely frustrating and is constantly going out. I've tried to call but it feels impossible to get to an actual person, and the chat service is equally unhelpful. Do better!

Ok for internet but always raising prices We had their tv service but canceled it cause they came out 4 times in 3 weeks and couldnt fix there own service

The young man tried to help me but could not find me under my name address or phone number. Out of the two ladies standing behind and to the side, only the young lady had a friendly attitude. The older of the two was whatever attitude, but she was super friendly to the old gentleman that came in a few minutes later. She should be that way with everyone. The young man was as quick as possible but could not find the account. He gave me back the components that you folkes wanted back. I was told to bring them back when I have my actual account number.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Paying outrageous bill for the worst internet service!!! This internet is a complete joke! Oh and will raise your bill without telling you!
