The Only Honest HVAC contractor ! So I see one or two negative reviews, things happen, I'm sure these guys went back and made it right. I've been the maintenance contractor on several properties for over 30 years now, so you can imagine how many times I've had to call for an HVAC tech, I can't recall a single repair under $500, it was always a bad compressor, fan motor, blower motor, or some other expensive part or labor intensive repair, until now, Service General tells you the truth, there are no inflated parts costs or additional unnecessary repair charges, you only pay for what your system actually needs, that's it. I could say I have no motive for recommending this company, but that would be a lie, my motive is to stop companies from ripping us off, I realize some people need to learn on their own instead of taking the advice of a 30 year contractor, one piece of advice you should remember if you are one of those people, "be sure you have enough money left to call Service General when you realize your getting robbed by the other guys." Schedueled an appointment for a quote for an entire system replacement. Service General was a no call no show with no follow up besides asking for a review.
