        The front desk service is the worst I have ever, front desk person maybe named Ann hang up the phone twice with no respect at all. With this kind of service how do you expect guests to stay in your place?

        The place is ok and staff is friendly, one thing I reacted about is that they have a breakfast every morning and they use plastic cutleries, cups and one time use plates. There must be thousands of items a week they just throw away. I mean common, I get some places in the US does not give a damn about the environment but really guys, just get a dishwasher.

        This BW Hotel, the Wayfarer, is amazing! Will definitely return. Very high quality, delicious breakfast with multiple protein and fresh fruit options, as well as waffle maker, cereal, juices, yogurts, etc. Breakfast area and rooms are very roomy and well-lit, particularly in contrast to most other BW hotels. More towels, garbage receptacles, and room-sized fridge and freezer for the ice packs in our coolers. Very gracious staff. Well done! Note, there is another BW close by, apparently under different ownership.

      Veteran’s discount is honored on almost all days of the year with the exception of special events and high occupancy days as determined by Management. Veteran’s discount is a deep discount and most lodging establishments on high occupancy periods close out the deep discounts regardless of what they are. Deeper discounts are available during lower occupancy periods. That’s the way it is within the travel industry including the airlines. Our apologies to you in advance.
