        Every time I go in always get ignored at the ammo station which is ridiculous. Will not ever go back.

        We drove an hour and a half to get to the Kingman, Arizona store to purchase 2 rolls of field fencing. They close at 9pm. We got there at 820pm and knew exactly what we wanted. We were told by a kid in the back that they don't sell fencing at that time of day. I asked what time they stopp and he said 830. It was 825 by this time but he "already locked up the gate". We spoke to a manager who said sorry! Cal ranch has always been my favorite place to shop but I ended up having to go to a place that sells tractor supplies to get my fencing. What terrible customer service.

        Do not restock their large nut and bolt sizes. I have been in once or twice a week for the last 2 months, the same binsare empty. Mentioned it to 2 different cashiers and they replied, they need get to that ( Referring to someone else) and another replied. They don't even go back to that area. Not sure why they couldn't pass it on to the manager?
