Ben Horn with Double Horn Construction has built many things in my home that are top notch! He has remodeled a bathroom that is exactly what I wanted and even better! Custom built hardwood shelving unit and custom made cabinets with tile up the entire walls! Total transformation into a unique and amazing look! High quality work at a fair price. Can't for him to do other things for me!

This charlatan had our topographical site plan and blue prints (with gps coordinates) for over a year and still couldn't locate the bathrooms. He gave us deadlines of completion, none of which had been met. It became evident that he had never mapped out the property when he asked our engineer, earlier this month (February, 2024) "Why are there no GPS coordinates on this map?" There are. He also failed to submit any paperwork for permitting and told us more than once that, "The county won't approve the location of our site plan." Despite being in possession of a county approved site plan the entire time. Two weeks ago, He began to dig in a wash somewhere on our property and later called to enquired why we chose that location. We didn't - as shown on the site plan. Later he couldn't relocate that same area when trying to show the "work" he started. He was paid 24,000 dollars and completed nothing. Then upon firing him for non performance and delaying our project, Ben had the audacity to send a misspelled letter stating that he would sign a lean waiver in exchange for keeping the 24,000 for the "work" he's done. Truly a disappointment. The only 5 star rating he has on his review is from his wife. Bless her heart.
