        installer crew was on time , everyday, kept me informed as we progressed, sought my input on options,( very good thing!) and explained entire process , what to expect and when to expect, sales lady was great on follow up, thru the entire remodel, BIG thank you to all involved!

        Brianna was awesome from start to finish! She was always professional, flexible, punctual, & accessible. Our home needed a major remodel. We separated it into Phase 1 & 2; they were about 6 mos apart. We ordered all our LVP flooring for Ph1 & 2 so it came from the same lot. FCI accommodated us by holding our Ph2 flooring in their warehouse until we were ready for it! That was HUGE since we had no place to store it. Cody, our installer, did a very nice job around our stand alone fireplace edges & caps on our new stairs. Their pricing was not the cheapest, but it was fair. I would use FCI again in a heartbeat. Their service was impeccable!
