Properties Plus made renting so easy! They truly are a great company to rent from. I rented 2 different properties with this company and never had any issues. They were quick to respond and always took care of any questions or concerns within a timely manner. Both properties were well maintained, clean, and remodeled. I would most definitely rent through them again! Thanks Properties Plus!!

Would not recommend. It was extremely uncomfortable upon moving in living at the residence rented from this company. I received wrong mailbox keys from the beginning and was questioned over and over until the owner came and saw for hisself in fact the keys were wrong. I caught the owner peeping through my windows into my daughter room when coming by which was quite disturbing.The owner also came into my house to fix a lightbulb in the kitchen and wandered off into my laundry room without permission where all my undergarments were exposed. I broke my lease to get out this place and dont regret it one bit. Also, false advertising the washer and dryer included did not work properly so I had to buy one out of the blue, the house was not cable ready as I had to pay to have the internet company come out and install internet service at the home. The roof was deteriorating with cracks along the entire ceiling and I had a huge hole in the wall inside that was never repaired. The owner came and did a quick seal to the roof to stop the leaking of rainwater into the home but never fixed the inside. It was a mess and completely unsafe but they wanted their rent every month and only reached out when I decided to vacate the premises with threats. My privacy was also violated by this company when they decided to send all of my financial and private information over to my emergency contact who I listed on my application who had nothing what so ever to with my finances and they had no permission at all to display this information to them. Extremely disrespectful, unethical company who does not follow their own contract to maintain a habitable living space for the tenant. Worst experience I ever had renting. Truly be aware. Avoid at all cost. Company response below should show you how they treat people. What a joke and the owner made me extremely uncomfortable as I stated by the actions that transpired which no one in the office was around to witness so should not have spoken upon. Avoid at all cost!
