        I was trying to call an order in at 130am. I was on hold listening to all the background noise for over 20 minutes. I hung up the line when I pulled into their parking lot to just order inside. One order had 2 to 3 inch long chicken strips and the other 5 to 6 inch long pieces. Strange they couldn't have mixed up the pieces in the order better. The waffle fries tasted old and they were barely warm at all. I will say the fried zucchini was actually pretty good. The gentleman at the cook station offered to put the zucchini on the grill for us since you do not serve deep fried zucchini. The previous time we stopped at Dennys in Holbrook we were really pleased with the food (5). This time we give it a 3 out of a 5 rating.

        Placed a pickup order. Went in and waited 20 minutes after the order was suppose to be completed. I wouldn't be upset normally but there were only three tables seated. I'm assuming they never made the order and panic rushed it when I came to pick it up. Took the food to the hotel (they forgot my drinks) and my daughter got halfway through her burger when she showed me the Burger was completely raw. My sisters burger was raw and my burger was soaking wet and mushy. The pie we ordered hurt my wife's stomach. I went in to get my money back and returned the food and was told the general manager would call me to get my refund but so far I have been ghosted.

        Food great. Server super, though cook quit and walked out in evening rush, a bit slow but they told us up front... refreshing honesty. Food tasty fair portions. Had a nice visit though staff struggled.

        Food was good. However, service was horrible. My server disappeared for 20 min. When she came back I asked for a Togo box because my daughter didn't wanna eat. So was gonna take it for on the road. Go to the restroom and she had thrown everything away. Asked for kids meal to come off My ticket cause she didn't even take a bite. And it was thrown away.

        Michaela was my server, she was so polite and kept checking on me and my family. She never left us waiting, she topped off our drinks. I'll definitely go back when she's there to service me and my family. Food and service was great!!
