Peaceful and pleasant. We will go back. Highly recommended destination. Nearby activities: Whitewater Draw and the Sandhill Cranes. Walkability: Walking the property and surrounding areas is meditational. Many birds! Food & drinks: New Year's Eve dinner was lovely. The breakfasts are excellent. Noteworthy details: Wonderful hosts!

We found this by googling places to stay, not by word of mouth, so we were cautiously optimistic. Our stay far, far exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, quiet and relaxing, yet reasonably close to all the places youd like to see. Our main destination for a hike was Ramsey Canyon, and this was perfect for my wifenot strenuous, but beautiful and peaceful. My wifes food sensitivities were cared for perfectly and we enjoyed a marvelous breakfast to fuel our days, the experience of which was enhanced by great conversation with other guests. We will go again. Noteworthy details: If you are a birder or aspiring birder, you will likely enjoy breakfast with others who share your love of birds. Many feeders on the property keep it buzzing with activity. Lots of pretty open land, trees and the river are right there.
