Asked for an estimate. It took 6 weeks, but I understood because the whole area got hail damage. But the communicate turned out not as accurate as I was told. They would be there between 11:30 and 4, and I would get a phone call an hour before they were to arrive. I also told the receptionist that it was a rental, and I didn't live there. Guess she for got. They came knocked on door, (I wasn't there< I don't live there), they didn't call me to say they were there and I had to call at 4:00 wondering where they were? she implied it was my fault didn't tell her anything about a rental, etc. I've had them work for me before, at this place. They should have had files on me (that it's a rental). It was left with can't do work for 6 month. A roof! I know they are magicians, but? Then we send Ann email with estimate. Reason, we can't get to it sooner was we are swamped. We don't have enough workers. Shouldn't have asked for a bid if they don't have the workers, I guess. Very disappointed. Like I said, they had done work for me before and I paid my bill promptly. Phone person seemed frazzled and a little short with me. Service: Roof inspection

I have lived in Green Valley for 28 years and not received service, professionalism and value from anyone close to my experience with Trinity......from Monica on the phone to Jimmy on the roof!
