        I have visited the Best Western for the past two years when my travels have taken me through Green Valley, Arizona. I most recently visited the hotel in April, 2024 and I was greeted and taken care of my Dawn at the front desk. She was so friendly and helpful that I wanted to recognize her.         first room urine smell, 2nd room air conditioner did not work, and 3rd room a kleenex was left in peek hole, that should have been the last thing when opening the door. NO animals should be allowed or clean better
