        This store needs to be investigated for elderly abuse. Sales Reps talk their way through overselling the elderly for services that they do not need. There are many choices to purchase a cell phone and this would be the last one I would ever use based off what they have done to family members.

        Went in to get a new iPhone and had the best experience Ive ever had with Verizon. Rene was patient and explained all the options, helped me make the best choice for me and found me a great deal.

        Many elderly people live in Green Valley. Pablo signed my parents up for cell phone plans in this store. He sold them two new phones, two new iPads, and two new Apple Watches for free. They paid about $1100 in taxes on these devices which the store failed to explain adequately to my parents. Pablo also unnecessarily signed my parents up for two additional phone numbers resulting in $396 in additional charges over three billing cycles. It felt like they deliberately tried to take advantage of the elderly. Marie the manager said that they would try in the future to better explain charges to customers, make sure to fully understand all charges before signing here.
