WORST place you could take your pet! They book appointments but dont honor them - a monkey could do a better job at checking people in! They have no consideration for others peoples time, but you bet they are taking their lunch without skipping a beat! Absolute joke!

It was a filthy place and I see the same complaints in reviews and nothing has changed Petco should really look into this place with an undercover person because nothing is changing I would not let my dog walk on the floors and again the bathrooms are disgusting with no maintenance and no janitorial. It appears they may have a homeless problem abusing their restrooms but that is no excuse either lock them up for customer use only or hire a janitorial service as it is not something I would expect my employees to clean. Im a retired plumber and this is one of the worst restrooms I have ever seen or been in.
