        Unable to check in or make an appointment due to their system being under new ownership. On line said approximately 33minute wait. We understand things happen. Two plus hour later with no other patients in the lobby 6 new patients came and went after us. Not great when its your autistic son who is sick. No reason given. Just disappointed. We had to leave.

        Been here a few times over the past few years. Visited in march for carpal tunnel pain and got some steroid injection for pain. Visted today and got.told they won't do steroid injections for CT pain that all they would do is issue me some ibuprofen and send me home. Best part it was the front desk that told me the DRs would be able to treat me. I didn't think the front desk staff are DRs and could diagnose me without even knowing my name or reviewing my medical record but I could be wrong. Its okay just go back to sipping on your guys Starbucks I'll ho find another urgent care that can help me.

        Dr. Shantell Shipp was phenomenal! She listened to me and was extremely knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed me and had a treatment plan in place immediately! Its been a few days and I am already feeling better! I am thankful for her support during my postpartum period.

        The heavy set Mexican lady at the front desk is extremely miserable rude and impatient. Honor health hasnt took over for a good week yet and already upset they have to do their job. Also the wait times are now hours when the lobby is barely full because mainly the front desk doesnt feel obligated to move faster being they have to start everything over for patients. Heard her complaining about doing these stack of papers and still have to go on lunch avoid this place
