H&R Block

Normally I do my taxes online through H&R Block, but there were some changes in our household for this past year. I went in to the office to get some clarification. Alicia clearly did not want to talk to me at the beginning of our meeting. She asked if I had been a client for a couple years. I said yes. Then she asked why I was there. I explained my problems. She had no answers for them. She said she would have to go to the back room to speak to someone. She was gone a couple minutes. It was like being at a car dealership where the salesperson must run away from a customer to consult with a their manager. She came back and said she didn't know the answers to my questions. I asked if she should know, considering what she does for employment. She said she did not. Then she saw someone in the middle of the office and left again, this time for longer. She came back and wrote something on a paper. Then she stared at me wondering why I was still there. It was just a huge waste of time. Alicia had no advice to give me and did not even offer to help file my taxes. I feel like H&R Block should employ me as I would have at least offered to help file a client's taxes. Fortunately, there are other services I can use for my taxes.
