Martin Sears is far and away the best realtor I've had. As stressful and complex as buying or selling (as in my case) can be, Martin is an enormous asset. He is responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. He has a lot of knowledge about the real estate market in general, but his local knowledge of real estate in Estrella is unsurpassed. That's crucial when making the important decisions that are involved in selling your property. His office staff is top notch as well. I dealt with Tammy and she is just fantastic. She goes the extra mile for you and is extremely professional. Joe and I would have no hesitation recommending Martin Sears (West USA Realty).

I will use Martin again in the future for buying or selling my new house! I was going through a divorce, and he helped keep very amicable between me and my soon to be ex-husband. Our house sold in no time! It was a great experience having him as my realtor!!!
