I had an exceptional experience over the last two years with TCT West Property Management. I work with Stacey and she took care of our house like it was hers. Used good vendors that weren’t overpriced to make repairs and keep the tenant happy. I found TCT West professional yet accommodating. I would highly recommend TCT West and Stacey to anyone seeking a property management company. Please ask for Stacey!!

Had them for almost 4 years. Went through 3 different owners within that time. Always willing to allow strangers in the house, so they can do inspections, take pictures, show the property when needed. Took care of the house, submitted any repairs right away, let them know of possible termites. Brittany mentioned we would need an inspection for us to renew our lease. I reached out to Patrick the same day I received the email. During the emails, he never reached back out. Since no inspection was scheduled with Patrick, we were forced to do a moth to month. Luckily we found a house to buy I'm this crazy market. Gave them our notice and signed papers. We cleaned the house and cleared everything out. Received less than $120 of deposit money of almost 1k. Total shock. I mentioned we would dispute and sent all wall, paint, dent issues before we moved in. How we were treated towards the end was definitely in fair! I decided to not go through with dispute because it brings anger that I don't need. Karma will come back to this company! Everything happens for a reason & I'm glad we aren't dealing with them anymore.

WORST property management I've ever encountered. Stacey, the 'director', will wrongfully charge fees to your account so keep an eye out. She will fabricate stories and side with vendors if there is a mistake or wrongdoing and again wrongly charge you. She will lie to you and if you try to clear the air with her she will personally disrespect you. She will even go as far as personally inspecting your rental so she can practically illegally charge you for nonsense in order to retain maximum deposit. I paid $100+ dollars a week before move out for yard service made sure there was no weeds or over grown bushes yet Stacey charged me $550 for yard service after inspection. She also charged me $160 for 'cleaning' when I left the house in perfect condition. While a realtor was showing the house to who will now be the tenant, the realtor said it's the cleanest a tenant has ever kept the house and we take pride in that. Stacey will also wrongfully charge you for carpet cleaning when 1. you pay a $400 carpet cleaning fee before move in and 2. I paid $200+ to have the house professionally cleaned days before move out as well. Had I known Stacey was such a witch and had such poor character I would've never rented from this company. We've been nothing but good renters but somehow have recieved poor communication from Sarah the receptionist as well as nasty attitude and countless times has Veronica & Stacey charged our account wrongly. I had to personally reach out multiple times to correct simple maitance charges that were wrongly charged in the first place but I paid them anyway in an attempt to keep peace with this office. I'm shocked how the Employees at TCT west can stay in business based off all there previous poor reviews as well.   I highly recommend going with a different company and letting this be a deal breaker. Stacey and the rest of TCT will not cooperate with you and will abuse power to punish you in anyway possible if you so happen to inconvenience them with basic tenant issues. They are beyond rude and like I've mentioned earlier they will personally disrespect you. I tried reaching above Stacey, the 'director' to formally complain and just let my voice be heard by her higher ups but she and her office will not even cooperate to help me do so. Our house was beautiful but we would never let a company like TCT and the people who are employed there take advantage of us again. Extremely happy to never have to deal with them again.
