Worst experience ever. Arrived on time for our 1pm appt. Was told to walk around as it was gonna be a wait. They dont call us back until 2pm. After an hour of waiting, our 3 year old is now fussy.
Now we get a photographer who was having a bad day and had the worst attitude. She was not kid friendly at all and made it obvious she didnt want to be there.
We got the photo shoot over with, but then had to wait ANOTHER hour to even look at our photos. Looking at our photos, we werent a fan of the quality of work.
They were very busy, but its the holiday season. Busy is expected in this line of work. Wished they would have been better prepared for us. Wont be going back.

Our photographer Ashley D was absolutely phenomenal, she took our appointment despite us being late for our session, was extremely patient and professional with our newborn allowing us to squeeze in an extra feeding time as well to help calm her for her photos and still got amazing shots even tho our little one was being squirrely the whole time. Would highly recommend her for newborn photos!
