I highly recommend using Dee and Bell Bank when it comes to choosing an excellent lender. When working with Dee she let me know up front what Bell Bank can accomplish and said when the time comes to make a purchase they can move very quickly to get things done. I ended up finding a great property but like most Arizonan's trying to purchase homes had to compete with investors offers of shorter closing periods and cash offers. Dee went above and beyond to help me get my offer accepted/under contract on the property. The seller was initially going to go with the investor offer, but Dee went out of her way after hours to vouch for my offer on the property, and gave the sellers realtor peace of mind when explaining how fast they can move on closing. During the whole process Dee communicated closely with me and got everything done immediately. With most banks these days lacking customer service and urgency to get things done. Bell Bank has stood out as a lender that will stand in your corner, give you the best customer service possible, and execute on what your trying to accomplish. Dee went above and beyond to make this deal happen for me. Her professionalism and just general care for her clients is unmatched. I highly recommend using her and Bell Bank when it comes time to purchase a home!
