Renee and I met just by happen-stance. I was only coming to an open house by chance to explore a neighborhood, which she was running as a favor for a listing agent. I wasn't planning to buy for another 4-5 months! We clicked immediately, and I very unexpectedly clicked with the house. It all happened so quickly and she just rolled with it! She is a great collaborator and very thoughtful and purposeful with how she responds to question or explains a process. She even indulged my curiosity of AZ real estate bombarding her with question after question. In one way, I was disappointed at how quickly and seamlessly the sale went since I didn't get to spend as much time with her. On the other hand, I was so grateful for how quickly and seamlessly the sale went. I look forward to continuing to collaborate with her or just to share the progress of my new home and it's many udpates.

Renee was awesome! Sent us properties every morning to review, was on time during showings, constantly communicating with us through the process about everything. We couldn't have asked for more from an agent! She has a customer for life and I highly recommend Renee.

They say the 3rd time is a charm, and this saying rang to be true for me this time because of Ms. Renee Watkins! My past home buying and selling experiences have been notoriously bad, and emotionally draining; so, I am forever appreciative of Ms. Renee for her knowledge, skills, abilities, and professionalism in the business. Having her work on my behalf was the first time I felt confidence in anyone in the field of real-estate. I finally felt like I had an agent with my best interest at hand.
