We feel beyond lucky to have found Claudia. From day one, she has been very fast to respond, answered all of our questions, is professional, patient, and took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for. Claudia has an amazing positive energy and a comfortable friend approach instantly. At the worst part of my life going through a divorce, I had to sell my house and buy a new one . However it was a difficult task since I had a contingency on my house and had to wait for the sale in order to purchase another house. In todays market its extremely hard to do that will full cash offers. Thankfully, a house sale fell through Claudia called me that morning we went at lunch and put in an offer. Then a miracle happened and we got the house. My new house closed and I got the keys the night before I had to be out of my other house and it all came together . The whole time of this emotional rollercoaster, Claudia was my cheerleader and the only person I had at the time. Since my whole family is out of state. Now almost a year later reflecting back she is one of my bestfriends and the sister I never had. She works 24/7 and has an amazing heart and gives her all.
