Miguel and I were first time home buyers. Laura was highly recommended from a friend who went through her. Let me just say we were not disappointed. She got us our dream home. This was our 2nd time being able to utilize Laura and Mario's expertise in real estate transactions. 3 years ago we purchased our home in Sun City West, and as we were moving from out of state, we knew nothing of purchasing a home in AZ. Laura helped us and explained everything throughout the whole process. We went from offer to closing in just over a month. This February we put our home back on the market at the beginning of some trying times. Laura went above and beyond to showcase our home while following social distancing criteria. We were able to close exactly 8 weeks to the day of listing our home for sale! Laura was always prompt, professional and courteous to all of our calls, emails and texts. Laura and Mario work very hard for their clients and have the ability to "think outside of the box" to make sure their real estate deals close. We highly recommend Laura and Mario!
