        Idk why I thought it was a good idea to come here on a Sunday yet alone Easter Sunday. Ive been out of state with no Del Taco and have forgotten the procedure to make sure to have them read back the order and get the receipt cause any and all Del Tacos seem to not care, and that sucks, how hard was it with hardly any customers to get the order right?!

        Im giving the nice man working the drive thru today, Ismael (hopefully I spelled that correctly) a FIVE star rating. Today, I went around lunch time & they were slammed! The car line was backed up and guests were steady going inside the restaurant too. They were so short staffed and in a situation where it could be easy to get frustrated, Ismael kept a smile on his face and kept a positive attitude. He was so friendly. When he handed me my drink, he also noticed that it was leaking a little from the bottom and quickly exchanged it for a new one. His customer service was excellent. This man needs a raise.. heck, maybe even a promotion! He handled today extremely well! Keep it up Ismael!
